I am a marine ecologist specialized in carbon metabolism and dissolved organic carbon (DOC) fluxes in coastal communities. I wish understand how coastal vegetated communities act as a sink or source of CO2 and how they export the exceed of C which is often essential for adjacent ecosystems. I am currently working with invasive algae and drivers of global change on seagrass communities.
