| About | Finnish-born and Mexico-based, I’m an underwater cinematographer and visual storyteller living in La Ventana, Baja California Sur. Working with scientists, conservationists, and fishermen, I turn field knowledge into images you can feel. My approach is patient, breath-held observation—revealing the threads that bind this desert-to-sea system: arroyos to mangroves, currents to plankton, fish to mammals, people to sea. I also handle the practical side—facilitating shoots and logistics—so these stories can happen. I contribute to wildlife documentary series for BBC, NatGeo, and Disney, sharing the Gulf of California’s quiet magic with audiences worldwide. As part of N-Gen’s binational community, I’m committed to imagery that invites care and to art-and-science collaborations that make conservation personal. |
