| About | My research experience includes the study of semi-arid ecosystems such as the unique and challenging central Australian desert and the Sonoran desert in Mexico. My work addresses questions related to the functional ecological attributes in plants and the entire ecosystem. By assessing plant physiological strategies and traits of co-occurring species, I aim to contribute to the understanding of ecosystem-scale carbon and water fluxes. |
