| About | Originally an biologist studying evolutionary ecology, Paul later turned his attention to applied subjects in conservation. After completing his PhD at Arizona State University, he founded The Biodiversity Group in 2002. With Paul as Executive Director, TBG went on to work on conservation, photography, and education on three continents and the Caribbean. In 2020, Paul stepped down as TBG’s Executive Director to co-found Triplefin Expeditions with Stephanie Jo Bowman. The couple live aboard the Triplefin, a 49ft (15m) Trimaran in the Gulf of California, working on conservation, education and visual media of the Sea and land. They welcome other researchers and citizen scientists to join them there. |
