Engineer in environmental sciences with a focus on climate change monitoring in arid and semi-arid zones. My line of research integrates remote sensing tools and multitemporal analysis to study vegetation dynamics and its links with climatic variables such as aridity, precipitation and temperature. I am currently developing projects that combine environmental science and geospatial technology, with emphasis on the northwestern region of Mexico. I am interested in generating useful information for conservation, adaptive management and decision making in territories vulnerable to global change.
