I am currently doing my master’s degree in the Centro Interdisciplinario de Ciencias Marinas (CICIMAR) in La Paz, México and the objective of my thesis is to evaluate the performance of four Marine Protected Areas (MPAs) located in the Gulf of California considering biological, social and governances terms. The MPAs that we are studying are Reserva de la Biosfera de Bahía de los Ángeles, Parque Nacional Bahía de Loreto, Parque Nacional Archipiélago Isla Espíritu Santo and Parque Nacional Cabo Pulmo.
