Researchers

I am currently a M.Sc. student in Drylands Ecosystem Management at the Autonomous University of Baja California (UABC), and hold a degree (Licenciatura) in Philosophy with a specialization in Ethics from the Autonomous University of Puebla (BUAP). As part of a transdisciplinary program, I seek to integrate knowledge from diverse disciplines with local knowledge, in order to develop research that benefits society and the environment, promoting sustainable and ethical use of natural resources. Furthermore, I have worked for nearly 5 years conducting ethnographic research with fishers on both coasts of the Baja California peninsula.
