Undergraduate degree in Oceanography from U.S. Naval Academy, MA in Education Administration, Chapman University. Arizona Prinicipal’s certification. Former U.S. Marine, high school teacher and administrator (Catalina Foothills School District) and Director of Education for the Sonoran Sea Aquarium. Contracted education specialist with Arizona Sonora Desert Museum. Currently staff naturalist at Canyon Ranch Health Resort and Interpretive Specialist at Biosphere2. Although not a formal researcher I am interested in educating the public about the Sonoran Desert and science in general.
