I’m an attorney at a non-profit organization called Protect Democracy, which works on impact litigation and advocacy on a variety of democracy issues. Our current work includes a lawsuit challenging the President’s national emergency declaration to divert funds for border wall construction and legal strategies to stop Border Patrol from collaborating with private border militias and other ways to hold Border Patrol accountable.
