About

Although I grew up in Arizona, I recently arrived at the Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum from grad school in California and a postdoc in Hawaii. My research focuses on the effect of environmental change on pollination and seed dispersal. When invasive species, climate change, and habitat loss cause a species to move or disappear from an area, what happens to the organisms that interact with that species? How do large networks of species respond to environmental changes? I am in the early stages of research projects in the Chiricahuas, White Mountains, and Gulf of California islands. I am thrilled to be back in Tucson and working again with the vibrant people and ecosystems of the Sonoran Desert.
