I have been working in monitoring California sea lions as sentinel species in the Middriff of the Gulfo of California for the past 20 years. I started monitoring Brown pelicans with Dr. Daniel Anderson scince 12 years ago, Always have been intrested in the health and conservation og this region and ecosystems. Then for the last 15 years I have been working in the National Comission of Natural protected Areas. This year I am the Director of the National Park of Cabo Pumo, another beautiful and fragil Marine Protected Area in the Gulf of California, involved in its conservation.
