| About | I study plant community assembly and dynamics, and the consequences of those patterns for ecosystem function. In particular, I am interested in how functional ecology, biogeography and phylogenetics shape plant communities. My current work in the Sonoran Desert includes paleoecological dynamics of the last 60,000 years, and the structure of plant interaction networks. |
