I am interested in assessing the conservation status of the marine, freshwater and terrestrial species in the Sonoran Desert Ecoregion. I work closely with the IUCN Red List of Threatened Species and Key Biodiversity Areas identification in my research. I also conduct pollution/toxicology studies in marine and freshwater environments.
