| About | Hello, My relation to the region is through my master’s work done at CICESE, in Ensenada Mexico. I did a project on the abundance and seasonality of fin whales in the midriff islands eastern region during 2018-2019, in the Gulf of California. The base station that collected the years of field data I analyzed was Prescots College Center of Cultural and Ecological Studies in Kino Bay, Sonora. I worked four months in the station as well, focusing on my project but also helping with general matters, besides doing some marine mammal field monitoring. |
