| About | I am an integrative plant ecologist working from leaf to landscape scales and across disciplines with three main goals: i) increasing our understanding of the mechanisms that control terrestrial ecosystem structure, functioning and composition, ii) improving our predictive capabilities of the ecological effects and responses to extreme climatic and anthropogenic disturbances, and iii) proposing sound strategies to conserve biodiversity in the face of global changes. |
