Helen Ingram is Research Fellow at the Southwest Center at the University of Arizona and a professor Emeritus at the University of California at Irvine. For several decades she has written about water resources in the American Southwest and the Mexico/U.S. border region. Most recently her work has focussed on transboundary environmental networks and the narratives shared by activists.
