| About | Christopher Peter Sauer is an interdisciplinary HDR PhD student with the University of Queensland Law School and the ARC Training Center for Uniquely Australian Foods. His PhD investigates the UNESCO City of Gastronomy designation as a way to support local and native plant agriculture. In August 2023, Chris completed nine months of interviews, observations and internship at the Tucson UNESCO City of Gastronomy, including working at events and symposiums. Christopher graduated from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Anthropology and a Master of Education in Learning Design and Technologies from Arizona State University. |
