Where to go

The borderlands are a vast and diverse region. We are focusing efforts within 15km north or south of the U.S./Mexico international boundary. Border Bioblitz data will fill critical data gaps along the borderline.

Please ensure that you have any required permissions, permits or licenses before going into the field. Please consider safety and logistics when choosing a site to go to the field.

You can participate, too! Simply create your checklist in your own account and then share it with the “BorderBioBlitz” account when you submit. That’s all!

You can see the observations shared during the Border BioBlitz by looking at our eBird profile.
