Access to practical experience, personalized guidance, development of soft and technical skills, expanded professional networks, and support in achieving academic or career goals.

The opportunity to share knowledge, strengthen leadership and communication skills, expand your professional network, and contribute to the growth of future generations.

The program will run from April 1 to December 3, 2026. Sessions will be at least monthly, or more frequently as mutually agreed upon by mentor and mentee.

Through a matching process based on interests, goals, areas of expertise, language, geographic location, and professional/personal compatibility.

During the first week of July, a satisfaction survey will be sent via email to assess whether the match has been effective or if any intervention is needed. If necessary, participants will be contacted individually to evaluate a potential reassignment.

We are asking for mentors and mentees to meet once a month. Let’s keep the conversation going!

None. The program is completely free of charge.

Through satisfaction surveys, evaluation of goals defined at the beginning of the mentorship, and feedback from both parties at the end of the process.

The approach is flexible. Objectives, goals, and activities will be defined jointly by mentor and mentee. Activities may include one-on-one sessions, workshops, goal tracking, career planning, project development, and access to exclusive events or resources.

Confidentiality, attendance at scheduled sessions, mutual respect, and fulfillment of the objectives agreed upon together.

Yes. As long as you meet the participation criteria, you are eligible to apply for both roles.
