📍Rancho Encinalito, Baja California Sur
🏢 Rancho Encinalito
The project aims to design and implement a territorial communication strategy to document and share the conservation and community collaboration efforts led by Rancho Encinalito and the Unión de Conservación Agua de la Sierra (UCAS) in southern Baja California Sur. Through fieldwork, the project will record activities, landscapes, and testimonies from those actively involved in these community-based initiatives. The goal is to create authentic visual and narrative content that can inspire other ranchers and residents in the region to engage in similar processes.
As part of the project, communication channels will be created on social media (Facebook and Instagram), along with a baseline publishing plan coordinated with the activity calendar of Rancho Encinalito and other UCAS ranches. This will ensure accurate and timely representation of what is happening in the territory. The aim is to establish, in the long term, a functional, sustainable, and locally adapted communication strategy that strengthens community participation in conservation processes.
