Tumamoc Hill is an 860 acre ecological reserve founded in 1903 as the Carnegie Desert Botanical Laboratory and currently directed by the University of Arizona in association with Pima County.
The N-Gen space at Tumamoc Hill consists of an office space and access to the Hill’s 860 acres based on project goals. Whether passing through Tucson in need of logistical support or looking to undertake research in the Tucson region or on the Hill itself, N-Gen @ Tumamoc Hill is meant to be a resource.
If you are interested in spending time at the Desert Laboratory please write a brief email with a description of your goals, relevant project, and a general time frame.
Services and equipment: Desk space, wifi, access to the Desert Laboratory library, off trail access with permission from laboratory director, and additional potential facilitates of the University of Arizona depending on project.
